Virtual IT – All Inclusive Plan

Shift the majority of your IT risk to Geek Office Solutions. Under this plan, GOS becomes your IT department and as such, we handle any and all problems that come up, with regard to maintenance of your current IT infrastructure, regardless of whether or not we come on-site. Remote help desk support is provided 24×7 with on-site support provided during standard business hours (weekdays, excluding holidays, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Emergency night and weekend support is available for a fee.

Virtual IT – Unlimited Remote Support Plan

With this plan, you get monitoring, preventative maintenance and unlimited remote help desk support 24×7. If on-site support is needed, we provide it on a discounted basis during standard business hours (weekdays, excluding holidays, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

Virtual IT – Basic Plan

With this plan, you achieve peace of mind as GOS monitors your systems and provides preventative maintenance – reducing the frequency and severity of IT problems.
